Individual sessions can usually just be booked by phone.
Short courses may require a form to confirm the booking.
Organisations may find it convenient to fill in a booking form to let us know your specific needs.

ORGANIZATIONS & ABN HOLDERS:  *Request an invoice, Visa/Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cheque if arranged prior.
INDIVIDUALS:  Visa/Mastercard, Direct Deposit, Cash on the day if arranged prior.



Payment Terms:

A Non Refundable Deposit of 10% is required for all bookings over $500.

Refunds require 24hrs notice of any cancellations.

Pin Spot may cancel a workshop or session due to unforseen circumstances. You will be notified as soon as possible. You will have the choice to reschedule or obtain a full refund.

All tax invoices will have our standard trading terms of 15 days from the date of invoice.


If a participant’s behaviour is disruptive or unruly they may be asked to leave at the full discretion of the facilitator.

If a participant with special needs is enrolled in a session then their carer or support worker may attend free of charge. Please indicate on the booking form.
